Core 1.0

Five rules, three entities (VLP · IR · CV), pedagogical semantic versioning, documented use maturity E0-E3, and the Git → PVP transposition.

Released 2026-03-04License CC BY 4.0Status Stable

Core 1.0 is stable. Breaking changes would ship as a new major (2.0); refinements as minor or patch versions.

Cite with the DOI as the permanent reference.
