Leidison Lima dos Santos is a tenured public-school teacher in the Tocantins state education network, an education researcher and the developer of the Pedagogical Versioning Protocol. His work brings together curriculum, educational data, digital education and management solutions.
Work and education
At the Tocantins Department of Education, he works as a public-school teacher and is assigned to the Data Analysis and Management Solutions unit (GADSG), on work involving curriculum, educational data and management solutions.
He holds a teaching degree in Mathematics and a degree in Logistics Technology, together with postgraduate specializations in Media in Education at UFSCar, Mathematics Teaching and Pedagogical Practices, and Production Engineering and Project Management. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
Research
He is a master’s student in the Graduate Program in Science and Health Education at the Federal University of Tocantins (PPGECS/UFT), in the research line Collective Health Education — Vulnerable Populations and Healthy Environments. His submitted project investigates learning differentiation and adaptability, granular diagnosis, and skill and competency structures in science and health education.
His interests also include mathematics and STEAM education, artificial intelligence in education, realistic simulation, and digital and media education.

Relationship to PVP
Leidison developed the Pedagogical Versioning Protocol and continues to work on its documentation and evolution. The protocol treats lesson plans as versioned professional artifacts whose changes, context and provenance can be preserved over time.
